.'rhe ENR Emergency Plan will be reviewed annually by the Reactor Manager.
(
Substantive revisions to the plan will be approved by the ENR Safety Review Comnittee. Revisions will also be sent to the Michigan Department of Public Health for review.
Changes in personnel assignments and notifications will be made as they occur.
Annually and whenever revisions are trade, the ENR Energency Plan will be signed by the Re ctor Manager, and dated. Revisions will be noted in the right hand column. Bnergency Plan revisions will be. issued to plan holders at the time of revision.
