As a result of our review, we find that additional information as discussed with you by telephone on June 11, 1981, is neeced.
Specifically, no mention was made as to:
(1) what corrective steps will be taken to avoid further violations; and (2) the date when full compliance will be achieved.
The last paragraph of your letter should include a statement equivalent to the following:
"I certify that all information contained in this letter, including any supplements attached thereto, is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief."
