Interagency Agreement flo, fiRC-01-81-017 Pursuant to the authority of the Economy (Act of 1932, as amended, 31 U.S.C.
the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Comnission NRC) desires to enter into an agreemant whereby the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (tiOAA), Environ. rental Research Laboratories, will prepare guidance information for licensees concerning meterotogical elements to be considered in emergency plan development and the application of the " Class A" model discussed in flVREG 0645, Rev.1.
Accordingly, the parties hereto mutually agree to the following terms of this agreement.
1.
Statement of b'ork The tiOAA shall perform the specific work as provided for in 110AA's letter Fletcher /liorton dated !! arch 11, 1981 and the attached statement of work.
'II.
Period of Performance _
The period of performance for the work required hereunder shall commence as of the date of acceptance of this agreement and shall continue for a period of seven (7) months to completion.
III. Reports A typewritten, reproducible original and two (2) copies of all reports shall be submitted directly to the Contracting Officer.
The type of reports and schedule for submission thereof are provided below.
A.
The NOAA shall submit progress reports to the fiRC in letter form on a monthly basis using the date of acceptance of this agreement as the starting date of the first month.

2 include, but are not linited to, a description of effort expended i.e., time and cost, and shall be submitted within ten (10) working days after the end of each month.
B.
A draft copy of the fi.ial report shall be submitted to the !;RC for review thirty (30) days prior to the completion date of the contract.
The final report, which is due seven (7) months after the ah::eptance C.
of this agreement, shall be camera-ready and in a format suff.able for publication as an tiRC liUREG report.
IV. Estimated Cost and Obligation of Funds A.
The estimated cost of the work to be performed under this agree-ment is $75,000.00.
B.
The amount presently obligated for the performance of work under this agreement is $75,000.00.
