Dear Mr. Rosenberg:
This is in response to your letter dated May 26, 1981,'in which you requested, pursuant -to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), two categories of information pertaining to contract No. NRC-10-78-580.
This confirms-the :information relayed during telephone conversations on June 9 and 15,1981, between Mary Ellen Marnien and Linda Robinson.
In response to previous F0IA requests,-NRC has already made the contract, modifica?. ions,. and the nonproprietary version of the technical proposal available for public inspection and copying at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR),,1717 H Street, N.W., Washington', D.C.
20555, in folders F01A-79-566 and F0IA-01-13. Copies of the six most'recent progress reports were recently placed in the PDR'as part of the solicitation package under Request for Proposal No. RS-ADM-82-536.
In light of this information, the scope of your. request was narrcwed to those records placed in the PDR. Ms. Marnien stated that-she will call the PDR to request copies of the records.
We are closing our file on your request as of this date.
