HFEB-1 and HFEB-2 Positions Detroit Edison's responses to these two positions are enclosed herein, dFEB '
Control Room Design Review HFEB identified five (5) open items in their position based upon systems and items not available for review during the April 27 - May 1, 1981 onsite control room design review.
Other open items and HEDs were resolved in Detroit Edison letter EF2 - 53,112 dated June 4, 1981 which contained Edison's commitments for correcting deficiencies.
Detroit Edison commits to (1) perform an evaluation of the followjen five items and submit findings, (2) propose corrective actions for NRC review and approval, (3) sub-mit a schedule for implementation, and (4) make available for NRC inspection and audit by HFEB or their designates.
These activities will be completed per the following schedule:
