January 5,1981 The Supply System is currently scheduled to submit the FSAR for WNP-1/4 in December,1981.
We have received a copy of the reference NRC letter to the Philadelphia Electric Company which states that because of the importance the NRC places on the Risk Assessment Study for Limerick, the final report on the study-should be provided with the Limerick FSAR when it is tendered.
We are not aware of any statements in Regulatory Guide 1.70 or the various NUREG documents implementir.g TMI-2 changes which require or recomend the submittal of the risk assessment with the FSAR. Although we are curmntly olanning to perform some risk assessment work related I
to WNP-1/4 during calendar year 1982, we do not plan to document these activities prior to submittal of the WNP-1/4 FSAR.
