Board Question No. 6 (Emergency Feedwater Reliability) referred the parties to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board's decision in Florida Power and Licht Company (St. Lucie Nuclear Power Plant, Unit No. 2) , ALAB-603, 11 N.R.C. 30 (1980).

In Licensee's proposed findings of fact on Board Ques-tion No. 6, filed on June 12, 1981, we indicated that this Appeal Board decision was still under review by the Commission, citing CLI-80-41, 12 N.R.C. (December 12, 1980).
