Nuclear Energy Liability insurance NUCLEAR ENERGY LIABILITY INSURANCE ASSOCIATION INFORMATION TO BE PROVIDED TO THE COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA 0F SUSPENSION OR CANCELATION It is agreed that if the companies suspend the insurance or cancel the policy they shall at the time they provide notice thereof to the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission, advise the office of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania designated below of the action they have taken. Such information may be provided in writing or orally, and if done orally will be confirmed promptly in writing by the companies.
