WM. H. ZIMMER NUCLEAR POWER STATION - UNIT 1 IE BULLETIN 81-01, REV. 1, DOCKET NO. 50-358 W.O. 57300, JOB E-5590 Gentlemen:
This letter is a supplemental response to our letter dated April 1, 1981 concerning IE Bulletin 81-01, Rev. 1.
At the present time, the Zi=mer Technical Specifications are undergoing review and revision with respect to snubber surveillance and testing requirements.
This review is partly due to the currently changing requirements by ASME and NRC.
Therefore, we are reluctant to cocmit to specific snubber surveillance activities until the Technical Soecification issues are reviewed and resolved between CG&E and NRC NRR.
At such time ve vill then provide a response to item 1.a. on page 5 of the referenced IE Bulletin.
