Dear Mr. Trammell:
In a phone call last week we dise".ased how best to facilitate the placement of the Coalition for Safe Power on a limited distribution list.
Having re-viewed the completeness of some of our files (dom-parine them with the LPDR acension list) I must a-gree that being listed as receivins a carbon copy does not guarantee receipt of documents.
Our of-fice is clearly not receiving all the paperwork it should.
At the present time neither is the LPDR.
o Therefore, I am submittine this formal request that the Coalition for Safe Power, Attn: Nina Bell be a recipient of all documents, correspondence etc. in the above-mentioned docket.
This will, I trust, ensure the timely receipt of all necessary items.
