ORDER REQUESTING ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FROM MR. DANIEL HIRSCH On June 3,1981, Comittee to Bridge the Gap (CBG) moved to qualify Mr. Daniel Hirsch as an " expert inurrogator" under 10 C.F.R. s 2.733.

" On June 12, 1981, App. icant requested the Board to require Mr. Hirsch to supplement his affidavit of qualifications by being more explicit about his formal education. We agree. We have no idea what a degree from Harvard in Special Studies means and request Mr. Hirsch not only to be more explicit about his formal education but also more explicit about the courses on " energy issues" he is teaching. We will expect a response within ten (10) days from receipt of this order.
