The Commission has discussed amply a decision in 8 that matter.
We have reached a decision.
It denies the 9 claim of the General Public Utilities Corporation.
It will 10 take a few minutes which will turn out to be, I would judge, 11 half an hour or forty minutes, to produce copies of the 12 final wording f or you.
13 The agreed upon text is known to my colleagues and 14 rather than my reading it to you, which I think would be an 15 exercise in exhausting my voice and futility in your trying 16 to take it all down in a hurry, I think those interested in 17 it had just best wait a bit.
The text will be available.
18 To get the formal part of the proceeding out of 19 the way, however, I will ask my colleagues to join me in i
