The following errata in our Memorandum and Order (Admitting Petitioners, Accepting Contentions, and Ordering a Hearing) dated May 29, 1981 shall be corrected as indicated:

p. 8, line 20 -- change "SER and FES" to read "SER, the supplement thereto (SSER), and the FES "

p.12, line 3 -- delete "under a new number" p.13, lines 9 through 11 -- delete the sentence which begins "Addi-tionally, to the extent that***"
