Do the ' remedies proposed in the Modification Order' refer to the Applicants remedial actions (p.5 of the Dec. 6,1979 Order) which the order seeks to prohibit pending. submission and Isrsuance of an Asunendmerit to the Construction Permits 7 Please explain and clarify the possible outcomes of the Order Modifying Construction Pernatts, especially regarding the Amrnendment sought in part IV of the Dec. 6th Order, which are at
-issue in-this proceeding.
