NRC License SNM 1097, Docket 470-1113 On April 13, 1981, Darrell Huff of your office and Rick Foleck of GE-WMD discussed by telephone the new reporting requirement for measured discards (MD) as described in Mr. Robert Burnett's letter of February 11, 1981.
Mr. Huff explained that the intent of this letter was to require monthly reporting of MD on 741 documents instead of to the regional NRC office as described in Section 6.1 of safeguards amendment MPP-3 to NRC License SNM 1097.
He further stated that l
