Thank you for your letter dated March 31, 1981 informing us of the steps you have taken to correct items which we brought to your attention in our letter dated March 10, 1981. Your corrective actions will be verified during our next inspection.
We appreciate your calling to our attention that Supplement VI refers to' fuel cycle operations. Supplement VI should have read Supplement VII which refers to material operations. However, the violation remains as a Severity Level V.
As previously discussed with you by Mr. Thomas, a Severity Level V does not infer that such a violation is of major safety significance.
You commented that in your opinion the legend previously used fulfilled the requirements of your license and of 10 CFR 32.19(d)(3). However, the legend which you used did not correspond with the legend which you had submitted to the Commission with your license application and l
which the Commission subsequently approved. You should note that che l
issuance 6f the license to Technical Associates was pursuant to your application fcr a license and enclosures as well as the oth)r applicable regulations.
If you wish to change the wording, you must submit the new legend to the Comission for review and approval prior to making any such
