Dear Ms. Findley:
This is in response to your letter dated June 2,1981, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), a copy of the nonproprietary version of the proposal submitted by Franklin Research Center under RFP No. RS-NRR-80-138.
In response to a previous F0IA request, this proposal has already been made available for public inspection and copying at the NRC Public Documer,t Room (PDR),1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20555, in folder F0lA-81-151 under the name of HOBSON, M. J.
If you do not wish to visit the PDR to inspect or copy the proposal, you may obtain a copy by calling (634-327;) or writing directly to the PDR to request a copy. The proposal contains 131 pages.
The charge for copying records located in the PDR is five cents ($0.05) per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(a).
Upon your agreement to pay the copying charges, the PDR will arrange for the proposal to be copied by a private contractor servicing the PDR. You will be billed by the private contractor for the copying charges, plus tax and postage.
