W TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE REQUEST NO. 105 The licensee request. that the attached pages replace pages 3-63, 3-64, 4-60 thru 4-71 and 6-20 of the existing Technical Specifications.

REASOPS FOR CHANGE REQUEST This change was requested by the NRC per their letter dated November 20, 1980.

This change request imbodies changes, clarifications and improvements based on recent operating experience.

I SAFETY EVALUATION JUSTIFYING C11ANGE The changes made per this proposed revision will increase the probability that the snubbers will be operable. Therefore, no unreviewed safety question or environmental concern is involved.

LICENSE AMENDMENT FEE (10 CFR 170.22)

This change was requested by the NRC per their Nov, ember 20, 1980 letter.

Therefore, no fee is required. -

IMPLEMENTATION SCHEDULE PERIOD Please allow 60 days to implement this change upon receipt of the amendment.
