This is in reference to export license application XUO8525 which we forwarded for your review on May 14, 1981.
Enclosed please find a telex from Edlow International requesting that the United Kingdom and West Germany be added to the application as possible destinations where the source material will be en-riched.
It is noted that Edlow confirms the material will not be enriched above 5.0 percen'. and that the enriched materials will only be used in light-water commercia' power reactors.
Please consider this amended request in conjunction with the review of the original license application.
