This letter is to give notice that we have concurrently asked the Office of the Controller to bill your Company for the review of Addendum No. I to Topical Report NED0-10466A
" Power Generation Control Complex Design Criteria and Safety Evaluation." This addendum was submitted to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review on January 10, 1980, and was supplemented by your letter dated January 12, 1981. We understand that the ONRR staff completed the review of Addendum No.1 on February ll, 1981. Fees for this review are in accordance with 10 CFR 170.21, Category F - Special Projects and Reviews.
The total cost to be billed is $562.
This total is based on ONRR's review time involving 8 professional man-hours at $39 per man-hour for a total of $312 and related contractual service costs amounting to $250.
The invoice for this amount will be sent to you by the Office of the Controller within a few days. Upon your receipt of the invoice, payment should be made to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and forwarded to the Office of the Controller. When making payment, please make reference to the Controller's invoice numoer.
For future hills, we are striving to avoid significant delay between the time the ONkR staff completes the review and the time the invoice is sent to you for payment.'
