AMENDED MOTION FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME TO RESPOND TO PCCI MOTION TO COMPEL PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS On June 5, 1981, General Electric Company (GE), pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 5 2.711 (1980), moved for an extension of time in which to respond to the Motion to Compel Production of Documents filed by PCCI in this proceeding. 'In support of that motion, GE stated that counsel for GE would be actively involved in a contested proceed-ing before the NRC until June 12, 1981.
By inadvertent error, how-ever, GE requested thac its time to respond to PCCI's Motion to Compel Production of Documents be extended up to and including only June'12, 1981.
GE intended to request an extension up to and in-cludin5 June 22, 1981.
Because counsel for GE will be unavailable until June 12, 1981, it will be unable to prepare and file GE's response to PCCI's Motion to Compel Production of Documents until June 22, 1981, i
