Conditions Prior to Occurrence:

Unit I refueling outage Unit 2 at 40%

Unit 3 at 60%

Action specified in the Technical Specification Surveillance Requirements met due to inoperable equipment. Describe.

Time delay relay out of calibration.

There was no danger to the health or safety of the public, no release of activity, no damage to the plant or equipment, and no resulting significant chain of events.

Corrective Action

l Relay was adjusted, tested, and returned to service. Relays are scheduled to be replaced by Agastat timers on P0109. Units 2 and 3 have had relays replaced.
