SPECIAL DISTRIBUTION OF LICENSEE REPORT Enclosed are six copies of " Construction and Material Verification Program Final Report, Revised May 1981" sutznitted by the licensee by letter dated 5/15/81 in response to an IE Order issued on August 15, 1979, confirming suspension of safety related construction.
Confirming a telephone conversation between you and me, please make the following special limited distribution of the above report. Normal, wide-spread distribution of docketed material is not warranted.
