Gentlemen:
This is in response to your letter dated February 27, 1981 which transmitted a revised page 4.3 to your Fundamental Nuclear Material Control (FNMC) Plan.
We have reviewed Part 4.3 of the revised page and have determined that the revision to the Plan will not adversely affect material safeguards and is otherwise in the public interest. Accordingly, License Condition 2.1 of Anendment MPP-2 to your License No. SNM-ll68 is revised, effective immediately, to read as follows:
L 2.1 The licensee shall follow the Fundamental Nuclear Material ContiV1 Plan dated July 15,1980; as revised by his letter dated February 27, 1981, and as revised in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(c).
We have detemined that the attachment to your letter dated February 27, 1981 contains infonnation of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, pursuant to 5 ction 2.790(d)(1), such infomation is deemed to be cocrnercial or financial 1.'f.mation within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(a) and shall be subject to disclorure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
