Dear Mr. Smith:
I am forwarding herewith the printed version of the Commi:~ee Majority Staff report, Reporting of Information Concerning the Accident at Three Mile Island.
The report's conclusion is identical to that in the document dated January 26, 1981.
The printed version, however, does contain editorial changes, additional information in its body, and additional appendices.
The new Appendix I concerns a September 1977 incident that relates both to perceptions held during the March 28, 1979 accident and to management performance prior to the accident.
The September 1977 incident is the subject of a letter that I wrote the Commission on May 7 and which I am enclosing for your information.
