Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 IE Bulletin 81-02 This letter is in response to Bulletin 81-02 concerning the potential Failure of Gate Type Valves to Close Against Differential Pressure. TMI-l does not have any of the Westinghouse or Borg - Werner valves aiscussed in the subject bulletin, either installed or in the warehouse. Therefore, no further action with respect to this bulletin is required.
Approximately 10 manhours were expended in the preparation of this report.
