Enclosed for filing with the Commission are three originals and 37 copies of an Amendment to Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-55 which was filed with the Commission on May 23, 1980, and revised on August 1, 1980.
The enclosed Amendment to the May 23, 1980 and August 1, 1980, Application revises the proposed Technical Specifications relating to the Licensee's management organization for nuclear activities to reflect the discussion between the Company and the Regulatory Staff.
