20555 Gentlemen:
As discussed earlier today with members of your staff, the need has arisen to extend the time allowed for completion of a 741 document with measured values on one lot of UO., powder from 30 days as specified in license condition 6.2 of MPP-2 to 45 days. This additional time will allow for determining receiver values on tare weight subsequent to con-tainer emptying.
We will be mailing a confirmation copy of this letter with the associated $150 administration amendment fee attached.
