Gentlemen:
In accordance with your aoplication dated November 9,1978 and supplement dated July 15, 1980, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials Licensa No. SNM-1050 is hereby amended to authorize:
(1) the change of storage _ location for SPERT fuel and (2) extension of the expiration date of the license to July 31, 1983.

- SNM-50, as -requested. The application for renewal-in 1983 should consolidate i.$,
the activities
- consolidation w, currently covered by the aforementioned licenses and this N '-
ill be reflected in the renewed license. Simultaneously one license will be tenninated and. the docket files combined. Enclosed is a draft regulatory guide which specifies the fonnat and content of a renewal application. Although it was not developed for university licenses we suggest that your renewal application address the appropriate items in this guide.
