In response to your letter of March 23, 1981, regarding the results of your atmnission's inspection of our facility, we confirm that our Radiation Safety Offiwr, Nicholas Iembares, has been instructed to maintain a frequency of area surveys of twice per nonth in the areas using radioactive materials. 'Ihese areas are currently Nuclear Medicine and Radioinmunoassay. 'Ihis directive is effective inmediately.
