Dear Mr. Benedict:
The Commission has issued the enclosed Order that authorizes you to dismantle the Plum Brook Test Reactor and the Plum Brook Mock-up Reactor in accordance with your dismantling plans dated March 17, 1980, as revised by letters dated November. 7,1980 and February 23, 1981. The,'
dismantling plans replace the Technical Specifications for each facility :
in their entirety.

Negative Declaration are also enclosed.
A copy of the Order and Negative Declaration are being filed with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
