Madera of this office on May 12, 1981, of activities at Central Mesabi Medical Center authorised by NRC Byproduct Material License No. 22-02403-01 and to the diseassion of our findings with Yineemt J. Faciotti, M.D., Radiologist i
and Thomas D. Bergquist at the conclusion of the inspection.
The inspection was an examination of activities conducted under your license as they relate to radiation safety and to coup 14anea with the Commission's rules and regulations and with the conditions of your lie =ame.
The inspection consisted of a selective *= amination of procedures and representative records, observations, independent measurements, and interviews with personnal.
This taspection ineladed a review of the corrective action taken in response j
to our inspection conducted on September 27, 1978. We have no further j
questions regarding these matters.
