This refers to your May 30, 1980 letter, for a revision to Certificate of Compliance No. 6058.

A minor amendment fee of $2,800 was paid for approval of the request.

The Licensing staff has notified us that since they have not received a response to their October 14, 1980 letter, (copy attached), they have considered the request abandoned and have reclassified your request as an administrative licens-ing. action.

Therefore, a $150 administrative fee is required as specified in faa Category llB of Section 170.31 for your May 30 request and we have notified the NRC Office of the Controller to refund $2,650.
