Dear Mr. Crow:
g Kerr-McGee is presently licensed to possess two (2) kilo-grams of U-235 in enriched concentrations not to exceed 5%.
Kerr-McGee processed many levels of enriched material prior to termination of operations and upon decontamination of equipment will recover small quantities of uranium materials of several enrichments from the contaminated equipment.
As a result, we request that paragraph 6 of License SNM-928 be revised to include the following:

"The licensee is authorized to possess any enrichment l
level in processing equipment contaminated with enriched materials, but shall promptly reduce recovered materials to <5%."
