4, g Based upon the schedule contained in Ms. Woodhead's letter of May 11, 1981 to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board, and upon our un-derstanding that the evidentiary hearing in this case has been tentatively i
scheduled for February 1982, we believe that the Licensing Board should convene a prehearing conference to establish procedures and a schsdule for the conclusion of discovery, refine =ent of contentions, a final prehearing conference, service of testimony, and the hearings the=selves. I have contacted Ms. Woodhead and Mr. Howell, the intervenors' attorney, and all parties will be available.to attend a prehearing conference in Michigan l
