TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY - BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 1 - DOCKET NO. 50-259 - FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE DPR REPORTABLE OCCURRENCE REPORT BFRO-50-259/81014 The enclosed report provides details concerning main steam isolation valves 1-14, 1-15, 1-26, 1-27, 1-37, 1-38, 1-51, and 1-52 which when tested exceeded the allowable leak rate of 11.5 standard cubic feet per hour. This report is submitted in accordance with Browns Ferry unit 1 Technical Specification 6.7.2.b(4).
