This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. L. Wilborn of this office during the pariod April 6 and 7,1981, of the activities authorized by NRC Byproduct Material License Nos. 35-11022-01 and 35-11022-02 and to the discussion of our findings held by the inspector with you and members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
The inspection was an examination of the activities conducted under the licenses as they relate to radiation safety 'and to compliance with the Commis-sion's rules and regulations, and the conditions of the licenses. The inspec-tion consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews of personnel, independent measurements, and observations by the inspector.
No violations of NRC requirements were found during the inspection.
Mr. Wilborn also reviewed the action you had taken with respect to two violations uader License No. 35-11022-01 and five violations under License No. 35-11022-02 observed during our previous inspections which were conducted December 22, 1977 l
and July 19 and 20,1977, respectively. He verified that the corrective action with respect to these violations were implemented as stated in your replies of:
(1) January 24, 1978 and March 6,1978, to our letters dated January 6,1978 j
and February 23, 1978, respectively, and (2) August 23, 1977 and September 27, 1977, to our letters dated August 3,1977 and September 8,1977, respectively.
