Cn Farch 10, 1981, roughly forty-five (45) days ago, the Atomic Sr.fety and Licensing Scard granted Intervener's Supplemental Fotion to Cc,mpel further answers from Applicant, the Regents of the University sf California, regarding interrogatories en Contentien II
(*"4rong Cla ss License").
To date, Intervenor, the Committee to 3 ridge the Cap, has received no additional answers from Applicant in response to the 3 card Order.
This letter is to notify you that should Intervenor not te within ten (10)pplicant's response to the 3oard's March 10 Crder in receipt of A days, i.e. by Fay 4,1981, Intervencr will feel it necessary to submit to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board a third Motion to Compel further answers.
