Your letter, Reference (1), requested a response to the corraents in the enclosure to that letter.

Additional revisions to the proposed Training and Qualification Plan are discussed in Encosure (1) and forwarded as Enclosure (2) to this letter.

It is requested that the enclosures be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to Section 2.790 of 10 CFR, Part 2.
