Operating License Nos. DPR-50 and DPR-73 Docket Nos. 50-289 and 50-320 Safeguards Contingency Plan Rev. 3 Enclosed please find a copy of Revisioc 3 to the TMI Security Plan. The changes represent an addition to Revision 2 submit cd May 10, 1980.
Changes hers-in have been made in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54 (p) in that they do not decrease the effectiveness of the plan.
