Dear Mr. Criswell:
This is in response to your letter dated March 31, 1981, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, the. list of 2,600 medical facilities holding NRC materials licenses ~as well'as a list of-medical facilities licensed by the 26 Agreement States.
In accordance with your telephone conversation on April' 15th, with Ms. Nina Toms of my staff, you were informed that we are still awaiting receipt of the computer printout which lists medical facilities holding NRC materials licenses. We will forward the document to you as soon as i
it is received.
Ms. Toms informed you that the list of Agreement. States would be mailed -
to you.
In order to obtain a. list' of medical facilities licensed by.
each state, you will have to write directly to the individual state.
The enclosed list contains complete addresses, including zip codes.
