Enclosed is an application for en export license received recently by NRC for a nuclear export falling within the Executive Branch generic approval of Novecter 21, 1979 for single reloads of low-enriched uraniu:n fuel, but for which a letter of assurance is required that the material will be subject to all of the tems and conditions of an Agreement for Cooperation. Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurance letter will be appreciated.
