In the Matter of Consumer Power Company, Docket Nos. 50-329 and 50-330 Prehearine Conference. Aoril 27 & 28. 1981 Gentlemen:
Because of financial problems and othat commitments, I am unable to participate on behalf of Mary Sinclair in cor.nection with the upcoming prehearing conference scheduled to commence April 27 in Midland, Michigan.
However, I confirm that Mrs. Sinclair will be acting as her own attorney during the prehearing conference proceedings.
I understand that the Nuclea-Regulatory Commission or Consumers has given Mrs. Sinclair some difficulty concerning her status, and I herewith request that she be given an opportunity to represent herself. If necessary, I herewith by this letter withdraw my appearance for Mrs. Sinclair - for the duration of the upcoming prehearing conference to be held in Midland, Michigan l
during April 27 and 28,1981 - in favor of Mrs. Sinclair representing herself.
