Gentlemen:
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(P), enclosed are five copies (copies 1 through 5) of revision number 4 to the Arkansas Nuclear One Industrial Security Plan.
A brief description of each change made in this revision is provided in Enclosure 1.
These changes were determined not to decrease the safeguard effectiveness of the plan and therefore were made without prior NRC approval.
Due to the proprietary security nature of the enclosed information, we request that it be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790.
