RPS PANEL DESIGN DEFICIENCIES (NCR PRC 80-31)

Initial report of the subject deficiency was =ade to NRC-0II, Region II Inspector, F. S. Cantrell, on August 7, 1980. The first, second, and third interim reports on the subject deficiency were transmitted en September 3, November 18, 1o80, and February 12, 1981, respectively. In compliance with parag-aph 50.55(e) of 10 CFR Part 50, this constitutes the fcurth interim report for the subject deficiency.

TVA has made no pv ogres 3 07 this problem other than that previously reported. We are awaiting information from GE recarding final corrective actions. 'is. anticipate transmitting the final report on or before' November 3, 1981. TVA considers 10 CFR Part 21 apolicable to this reportable deficiency.
