This submittal of Revision 6 of the subject plan is in accordance with item 2 of General Electric's April 25, 1980 response to a request for additional informaticn by L. Rouse of your staff, dated February 28, 1980.
In accordance with that response, the subject revision includes new definitions in the Glossary of Terms used in this Plan, and changes in Section 18.0, Audits. Other changes incorporated in this revision are in the Statement of Authority; Section 6.0, Doewent Control; Section 15.0, Ncnconforming Materials, Far s, or Ccr=cnents; and Section 17.0, Quality Assurance Records.
