In regard to your letter of April 25, 1931, please be advised that the NRC Staff does not provide legal research services, and accordingly, we will be unable to provide you with copies of case decisions disnissing construction permits with or without prejudice.

In your April 6,1981, pleading you also uade reference to a Septeaber 23, 1930, letter fron URC Staff attorney, Henry J. licGurren, wherein he offered to loan the local public docunent roon a nicrofiche set of M.lC issuances and a aicrofiche reader if this proceeding continues. The Applicant has withdrawn its application in this natter, and tne Licensing Board has entered an order granting this withdrawal without prejudicu.

Therefore, it seens unlikely this proceeding will continue.

For your convenience it is noted a digest of HRC cases nay be obtained from the National technical Infornation Service, Springfield, Virginia 22161, for 56.50.
