Skagit/Hanford Nuclear Power Plant, Unit 1 & 2 Proprietary Data On several occasions in 1975 and 1979, Puget Sound Power and Light Company (PSP &L) submitted to the NRC proprietary geophysical. data in conjunction with the licensing proceeding. On December 15, 1980, by letter, you requested the aforementioned data, including duplica-tions and tracings, be returned to you.
We are returning by mail, a box and two mailing tubes containing a portion of the data orginally provided to the NRC by PSP &L. The remainder of the proprietary information has been destroyed following the notification of the intent to relocate the Skagit Nuclear Power Plant Project to the Hanford Reservation in Benton County, Washington.
Attachment A includes a list of the proprietary and other geophysical data mailed under separate cover.
