GILBERT / COMMONWEALTH ORGANIZATION CHANGE I6 your letter dated April 14, 1981, you advised us (1) that the General Manager Quality Assurance Division is now the Vice President and General Manager and (2) that a section of the Quality Engineering Departnent has been divided into two sections. You provided an organization chart which illustrates the changes.
