This is to request your delay in amending SNM License 368 as UNC had requested in its January 19 letter.
Recent events have caused UNC to consi. der a slightly modified organizational plan and may result in re-vision of the. original request, which would have established UNC Naval Products as a subsidiary of United Nuclear.
We shall plan to visit your office upon modification of the plan, probably within 2-3 weeks, to explain the proposed change.
